Share My Space: A Novel Redirected Walking Method for Shared Indoor Spaces in Virtual Reality

Room-scale VR breaks down when several people try to walk in the same physical space at once. Share My Space presents a redirected-walking method that merges a guest's physical room into a host's by warping it with a conformal mapping that preserves local shape and features. This lets separate users share and safely walk through a single virtual space.
